This MI is expressed by 58 people &lt;br /&gt;(58%) are satisfied enough to give the assessment, provision of system services &lt;br /&gt;Balk, service procedures that can be easily and quickly make the user &lt;br /&gt;happy to take advantage of library services. Kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan dapat terpenuhi melalui penyediaan jasa Iayanan dan ketersediaan informasi yang sesuai dengan&lt;br /&gt;kebutuhan pengguna. Oleh karena itu perpustakaan sebagai penyedla jasa Iayanan informasi perlu mengetahui sampai di mans tingkat kepuasan pengguna terhadap Iayanan dan produk jasa yang disediakannya.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimanakan kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan terhadap Iayanan&lt;br /&gt;perpustakaan. Adapun tujuan yang hendak dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Untuk&lt;br /&gt;mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan dengan sistem layanan yang diberlakukan di perpustakaan, (2) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan dengan kesesualan koleksi&lt;br /&gt;perpustakaan, (3) Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan dengan sumber daya manusia (pustakawan) dalam memberikan&lt;br /&gt;layanan perpustakaan, (4) Untuk mengetahui hubungar antra sistem Iayanan, kesesuaian koleksi, dan sumber daya manusia perpustakaan dengan kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan.untuk mengetahui apakah koleksi perpustakaan yang&lt;br /&gt;disediakan telah sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna perpustakaan, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan model anallisis&lt;br /&gt;kuantitatif Hasil penelitian inenunjukkan bahwa : (1) Kepuasan pengguna terhadap Iayanan&lt;br /&gt;perpustakaan masih dalam kategori cukup puas. Hal MI dinyatakan oleh 58 orang&lt;br /&gt;(58%) yang memberikan penilaian cukup puas, Penyediaan sistem layanan yang&lt;br /&gt;balk, prosedur layanan yang mudah dan cepat dapat menjadikan pengguna&lt;br /&gt;senang memanfaatkan layanan perpustakaan. (2) Kepuasan pengguna&lt;br /&gt;perpustakaan terhadap kesesuain koleksi pustaka dengan kebutuhan informasi&lt;br /&gt;mereka, responden memberikan penilaian cukup sesuai. Hal ini didukung oleh&lt;br /&gt;sebanyak 58 orang (58%) pengguna perpustakaan, koleksi pustaka yang sesuai&lt;br /&gt;dengan kebutuhan cenderungan membuat puas pengguna terhadap Iayanan&lt;br /&gt;perpustakaan. (3) Kepuasan pengguna perpustakaan terhadap kualitas&lt;br /&gt;sumberdaya manusia (pustakawan) cukup baik, hal ini ditunjukkan oleh&lt;br /&gt;sebanyak 62 orang (62%) pengguna perpustakaan yang memberikan penilaian&lt;br /&gt;cukup balk.
